Mr. Raphael EDOU – CEO of Radenamias LLC, an international consulting firm based in Maryland, USA. He has also held senior government leadership positions (ministerial-level roles).His career combines a rare, multi-level experience:

  • Among the pioneers of microfinance in Benin nearly 30 years ago;
  • Executive leadership experience in NGOs and Microfinance Institutions;
  • Leadership roles at municipal and government levels;
  • Design, management, and supervision of international development projects;
  • Recipient of international awards for contributions to sustainable development;
  • Creator of the CPPM model (Client – Provider – Payer – Model), a leadership framework applicable to MFIs and boards.
