Mr. ODANOU is the Chief Executive Officer of the Coopérative d’Epargne et de Crédit des Artisans (CECA), was formerly the President of African Microfinance Transparency (AMT). He was elected Chairman of the Board of the MAIN network in 2019 and re-elected in 2023.

He also serves as a permanent board member representing CECA at the board of CIF-VIE Assurances and as a permanent board member representing APSFD-TOGO at the board of the Centre de Formation Bancaire du Togo (CFBT).

Since 2009, she has been the Chief Executive Officer of the Mutuelle d’Epargne et de Crédit AFRICA FINANCES. She also served as the Secretary General of the Association Professionnelle des Systèmes Financiers Décentralisés du Bénin (APSFD-Bénin) from 2016 to 2018 and from 2020 to 2022. Since 2019, she has been a board member of the MAIN network and has been its Treasurer General since 2023.

Currently Director of Partnerships and Operations at SIDI, he has been representing SIDI on the MAIN Board of Directors since October 2023. After spending 5 years working for MFIs in Madagascar and Tanzania, Joan PENCHE has been involved in financing and supporting MFIs, mainly in Africa, since 2015.

Professor Ddumba-Ssentamu is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Centenary Rural Development Group Ltd and previously was Chairman of Centenary Rural Development Bank Ltd for seventeen years. An economist by training and the General Director of Women’s Initiative for Self Empowerment (WISE s.a.), she is a member of the Executive Committee of the Microfinance Institutions Network  (RIM) in Burundi and a member of the joint committee of the Central Bank of Burundi.
